The Suicide Call Back Service is a 24-hour, nationwide service that provides telephone and online counselling
to people 15 years and older who are affected by suicide.
This includes:
People feeling suicidal
People worried about someone else at risk of suicide
People bereaved by suicide
Health professionals supporting people affected by suicide.
Immediate support is available through a 24/7 telephone counselling line, as well as up to six sessions of ongoing counselling with the same counsellor via a call back service. Clients can also access confidential online and video counselling through the Suicide Call Back Service website.
The Suicide Call Back Service provides vital counselling to thousands of Australians affected by suicide each year. On the Line is committed to delivering exceptional quality, accessible support to people at their most vulnerable.
